Coronary heart disease refers to a narrowing of the coronary arteries, the blood vessels that supply oxygen and blood to the heart. These arteries are responsible for supplying oxygen rich blood to the whole body. Failure to do so may be because of plaque causing the arteries to become narrower or blocked in some cases.
Depending on the severity of your disability and provided that it is present in the cardiac impairments in the Blue Books' listings, your case would be approved by the social security administration, SSA.

The basic medical records would be required to submit along with your application would be at least 3 months of longitudinal clinical record of your heart disease that is at least 3 months of medical history including medical examinations, physical exercises and laboratory tests such as ETT, angiography, echocardiograms, electrocardiogramsetc
Be sure to include any side effects due to your medication or treatment that may be preventing you to perform in work, such as lethargy, dizziness, memory loss, blurred vision.
